The Experience
The Castillo de San José Restaurant becomes the setting for an evening combining gastronomy and live music. NaturPiano Trio – Tribute to Ludovico Einaudi invites guests to enjoy a dinner specially designed for the occasion, followed by a concert inspired by the sensitivity and emotional minimalism of the Italian composer.
Doors open at 7:30 p.m., dinner service begins at 8:00 p.m., and the concert starts at 9:30 p.m., with an approximate duration of 50 minutes.
The artists
The piano of Rafael Montalvo, the violin of Davinia Pérez, and the cello of Laura de Armas come together to form NaturPiano Trio.
The repertoire features some of Ludovico Einaudi’s best-known compositions, including Una mattina, Primavera, I giorni, Divenire, Nuvole bianche, and Experience, alternating the intimacy of the piano with the rich sound of the trio.
The dinner
The gastronomic experience begins with crispy king prawn served on a papaya mojo emulsion, followed by Uga smoked salmon mille-feuille with mango chutney. For the main course, beef tenderloin with La Palma pepper sauce, followed by forest tiramisu for dessert.
The menu includes bread and flavoured butter, as well as a selection of drinks, featuring Vulcano Malvasía Volcánica D.O. Lanzarote, Gara Listán Negro and Syrah D.O. Lanzarote, and Comenge Biberius Ribera del Duero, along with mineral water, beer, soft drinks or juice, and coffee or tea.
