Your experience begins with a walk through Jameos del Agua as evening falls. Carefully designed lighting transforms the space, offering a new perspective on César Manrique’s intervention while highlighting the natural beauty of the volcanic lava tube.
The experience continues with dinner at the restaurant, set within the volcanic lava tube. The menu celebrates the flavours and culinary traditions of Lanzarote, accompanied by a selection of wines from the island.
After dinner, the evening continues in the natural auditorium of Jameos del Agua. Overlooking the underground lake, home to the iconic blind albino crabs known as jameitos, the concert provides a memorable finale in a setting where music, art and nature come together in perfect harmony.

Noches de Jameos takes place every Friday throughout the year.
Jameos del Agua remains open until midnight, allowing you to enjoy the visit, dinner and concert as part of the same evening. The self-guided visit lasts approximately one hour and can be enjoyed either before or after dinner.
We recommend wearing comfortable footwear for exploring the site and bringing a light jacket, particularly during the cooler months.
Restaurant: 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Concert: 10:30 pm – 11:15 pm (following dinner)
Please arrive at the time indicated on your reservation. Your table will be held for up to 15 minutes after your scheduled booking time.
