The Casa de los Volcanes is a museum that honors the transformative power of volcanoes. Unique for its innovative character, it combines tradition and technology, original equipment, and cutting-edge resources to create a collection of experiences that add value and richness to the visit to Jameos del Agua.
The Casa de los Volcanes features ten rooms organized around three major thematic axes: the geological formation process of the Corona volcanic tube and the transformation carried out in Jameos del Agua by artist César Manrique; the work developed at the Casa de los Volcnaes and the contents of the Lanzarote Geopark – Chinijo Archipelago; and ‘Planetary Analogues,’ a view of Mars on Earth.
