*Reduced rates for people with functional diversity and residents of Lanzarote are available exclusively at the ticket counter, upon presentation of the corresponding accreditation:
Required Documents:
- Residents: Physical DNI/NIE.
- EU/Schengen citizens: Physical passport or identity card.
- If the official document does not include a photo: Present an additional physical official document for identity verification.
- Proof of Address: Valid residence certificate if the address is not on the identity card.
- Children under 14: Residence certificate is required if they do not have a DNI.
- Without Valid Documents: Entry will be canceled without a refund and a general ticket will need to be purchased.
