Events and Experiences

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes, cancellations, or refunds for event tickets due to high demand. For more information, we recommend checking the general purchase conditions.

Accessibility

It is important to note that our Centers are artistic interventions with over 60 years of history in natural spaces, respecting the harmony and uniqueness of each, and are classified as Cultural Heritage Assets subject to the highest heritage protection. Although we have made efforts to reduce architectural barriers and adapt accessibility while preserving the natural environment and artistic work, some Centers still present challenges in overcoming architectural barriers at access points and pathways.

  • Mirador del Río: Recognized as accessible by the Predif Association. However, access to the upper floor, where the shop is located, is not adapted due to structural limitations.
  • Jardín de Cactus: Has been adapted to facilitate access for people with reduced mobility. However, the uneven terrain with stone paths can be challenging, particularly in the area of the mill and shop, which do not have adapted ramps, making access difficult for wheelchair users.
  • Montañas del Fuego: The experience can be fully enjoyed thanks to the availability of adapted buses that conduct the tour along the Route of the Volcanoes.
  • Casa Museo del Campesino: Mostly adapted, although access to the Monument of Fertility is not.
  • Museo Internacional de Arte Contemporáneo (MIAC): Only the entrance floor is accessible.
  • Cueva de los Verdes and Jameos del Agua: As these are volcanic tubes, these spaces are not adapted for people with reduced mobility.
  • Islote de Fermina: Free access and reachable via a pedestrian bridge, it features a room where complete visits to Jameos del Agua and Cueva de los Verdes are shown through a single-take video.

We offer a reduced rate for individuals with disabilities. To benefit from this rate, you must present a valid physical disability card with a degree of disability of 33% or higher, along with personal identification (ID) in physical format upon entry to the Center.

our centers, classified as Cultural Heritage Assets, pets are not allowed, except for assistance dogs under the terms outlined in Law 3/2017 of April 26, on assistance dogs for people with disabilities, which must be accredited with official documentation.
