Tribute to Ludovico Einaudi

The artists

The piano of Rafael Montalvo, the violin of Davinia Pérez, and the cello of Laura de Armas come together to form NaturPiano Trio.

The repertoire features some of Ludovico Einaudi’s best-known compositions, including Una mattina, Primavera, I giorni, Divenire, Nuvole bianche, and Experience, alternating the intimacy of the piano with the rich sound of the trio.

The dinner

The gastronomic experience begins with crispy king prawn served on a papaya mojo emulsion, followed by Uga smoked salmon mille-feuille with mango chutney. For the main course, beef tenderloin with La Palma pepper sauce, followed by forest tiramisu for dessert.

The menu includes bread and a selection of flavoured butters, one welcome glass of cava per person, and three drinks per guest, with a choice of a glass of wine, beer, soft drink or juice. The wine selection includes Vulcano Malvasía Volcánica D.O. Lanzarote, Gara Listán Negro and Syrah D.O. Lanzarote, and Comenge Biberius Ribera del Duero.

In addition, one bottle of water is included for every two guests, as well as coffee or tea.
