Welcome to the New Year’s Eve Countdown 2024 at Castillo de San José
Entry to this event implies acceptance of the following rules, designed to ensure safety and the smooth operation of the event.
Access to the venue:
- It is essential to show the wristband provided by the organization, which is obtained by exchanging the event registration QR code.
- You must carry your National Identity Document (DNI) or an equivalent document according to your country of origin. Photocopies or digital versions will not be accepted. The organization may request this documentation at any time.
- Entry is not allowed for minors under 18 years old. This measure complies with the Emergency Plan and in accordance with Canary Islands Law 7/2011, of April 5, regarding classified activities and public performances.
Prohibited items:
- The introduction of food, drinks, dangerous objects, pyrotechnic items, and any material that could disturb public order is prohibited.
- Animals are not allowed, except for guide dogs.
Right of Admission:
Access or stay in the venue will be denied to individuals who:
- Display violent behavior or publicly incite hatred, violence, or discrimination based on birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other personal or social condition.
- Behave aggressively, provoke disturbances, carry weapons, or items that could be used as weapons.
- Show obvious signs of intoxication or drug use, being personally responsible for their actions and consequences.
- Are in possession of and/or trafficking drugs.
- Are carrying flares or fireworks.
- Commit theft or steal in the venue area. The organization is not responsible for stolen items or damage caused to third parties.
- Fail to follow the instructions of the staff.
- Create a risk situation for themselves or other attendees.
Important: The exercise of the right of admission will not, under any circumstances, deny access to ticket holders based on birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other personal or social condition.
Registration and Security:
- All attendees will be subject to security checks in accordance with current legislation.
- Access with professional cameras is not allowed without prior authorization.
Filming and Image Rights:
- Attendees agree to be photographed and filmed as part of the audience, by the organization or authorized media, for live or recorded broadcast and for promotional use without any right to compensation.
Complaints Forms:
- Complaints forms will be available at the venue, in accordance with current regulations.
