Cashless Bracelet
You can pick up your Cashless Bracelet in advance to make payments during the event on Saturday, March 1st. Pick it up on February 28th at the Bar El Almacén, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
At the time of pickup, you’ll have the option to top up your balance. The minimum top-up is €5, and it must be done in multiples of €5.
If you prefer, you can also purchase it on March 1st at the designated booths within the event.
Make sure to pick it up in time so you don’t miss out on your ticket to one of the most awaited parties of the year.

Unused balance?
Remember, if you haven’t used all the balance on your bracelet, you can request a refund from March 4rd to 11th (both inclusive).
The process is quick and easy
- Keep the wristband and the chip
It is important to keep the wristband, especially the chip, as it is where the code necessary to request the refund is located. The code is on the back of the chip and usually contains a total of 8 characters, including letters and numbers. - Wait for the refund request period to open
You must wait for the event organizers to enable the period for requesting the refund. - Submit the refund request
Once the page is enabled, you will need to enter all your details to request the refund. - Request confirmation
After submitting the request, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your request has been successfully registered. - Wait for the refund
Finally, you just need to wait for the refund of the cashless wristband.
